Help CARES – Shop iGive.com 

Do you shop online?  If you do, there’s a way that your shopping can benefit CARES.

The iGive website at www.iGive.com has over 700 well known merchants listed.  The items available include clothing, accessories, electronics books, flowers and much, much more.  iGive is a free service for online shoppers and the causes they support.  Simply go the website, register and designate CARES as “Your Cause”.  We’re listed as Community Aging and Retirement Services, Inc, DBA CARES.  Browse the list of merchants until you find the one you want.  Shop as usual and when you are finished a percentage of the price of all your purchases will be donated to CARES.

While the funds donated to CARES as a result of your purchases may initially seem small, remember the power of numbers.  Small amounts generated by individual purchases multiplied by a large number of shoppers can add up to substantial donations to CARES.

Registering for an iGive account is easy.  When you click on the iGive.com link you will then be taken to the web page shown below:
 

1. In the above drop down list box, select Florida
2. Use the default "All Cause Types"
3. Type in the keyword "Community Aging"
4. Click the Find Causes button
5. Click "Community Aging & Retirement Services, Inc., DBA CARES"

That's it!  Following these steps will register you with iGive, and with CARES as your designated cause.
