Donations - Other Ways To Give - More Possibilites
More Ways to Help

There are several other ways to arrange a charitable donation to CARES. You may already own an asset that you would happy to donate to CARES to help seniors. Here are some ideas:

Real Estate

CARES will consider donations of quality real estate properties, such as single family homes and vacant lots. Your donation of real estate can make a huge difference for the seniors we serve. Because of legal requirements, we must carefully examine any property before accepting it as a donation.

Collectibles

CARES will also consider donations of quality collections and works of art, such as coin and stamp collections, rare books, antiques, art, jewelry, and other objects of value. Because of our lack of storage space, we can accept donations only of collectibles that are readily marketable through establish auction houses.

Life Insurance

If you own a life insurance policy with significant cash value, you may donate that policy to CARES. This is an excellent way to transform a policy you no longer need into a gift that will make a real difference in peoples' lives.

Trusts and Annuities

There are several types of charitable arrangements that can provide you and your spouse with lifetime income and an immediate income tax deduction. These remarkable gift plans help both you and CARES. We would be happy to explain these plans to you.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please call Bill Aycrigg, President/CEO, at 727-862-9291, extension 226.
