With this gift, you are leaving part, or all, of your death benefit as a charitable gift to CARES. These gifts are very easy to arrange. Simply obtain a beneficiary designation form from the company or your agent. Fill out the form, showing what percentage should go to each beneficiary. Then sign the form and return it to the company. |

Payable on Death Accounts

You can also name CARES as the beneficiary on your bank accounts and investment accounts. This is called a payable-on-death account or a transfer-on-death account.
