Hudson Center now the Rao Musunuru, M.D. Enrichment Center

The CARES (Community Aging and Retirement Services, Inc.) Board of Directors has voted to rename the CARES Hudson Center located at 12417 Clock Tower Parkway, the CARES Rao Musunuru, M. D. Enrichment Center in Hudson.  The center was renamed to honor Dr. Musunuru for his many achievements, for his ongoing support of CARES efforts to secure the future of eldercare services in our community and for his generous contributions of time, effort, money and skills to so many national, state and local charitable and health organizations.

Dr. Musunuru was recently awarded the prestigious “Point of Light Award” from Governor Crist.  Read more about this recognition here

CARES "Senior Moments Program

Individuals with mild cognitive impairment are able to do everyday activities but have difficulty remembering things. They may have trouble remembering the names of people they just met, recalling information, and a tendency to misplace things. The individual may be aware of these difficulties and become frustrated and angry.

CARES "Senior Moments” program provides an excellent opportunity for people with early memory loss to participate in an interactive program of fun and educational activities specifically designed for them.
