
Your Life! Your Choice! Plan Ahead! A series of five seminars on health, financial and legal planning for the future. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions about advanced directives such as living wills, health care powers of attorney, durable powers of attorney, organ donation, and wills and trusts.
These seminars for CARES supporters will be on held on the second Tuesday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon commencing August 11, 2009 at the CARES Rao Musunuru, M.D. Enrichment Center, 12417 Clock Tower Parkway in Hudson. October's topic will be on mental health proceedings and guardianship and protecting Seniors from abuse.

Elder Law Attorney specializing in wills estates and trusts, National Elder Law
Foundation Board Certified Elder Law Attorney and Certified Advanced
Practitioner. He is the author of “The Florida Senior Legal Guide”, Past
President of the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council, and Past President of
the Pasco Hernando Community College Board of Trustees.
