Your Life! Your Choice! Plan Ahead!   A series of five seminars on health, financial and legal planning for the future.  Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions about advanced directives such as living wills, health care powers of attorney, durable powers of attorney, organ donation, and wills and trusts.

These seminars for CARES supporters will be on held on the second Tuesday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon commencing August 11, 2009 at the CARES Rao Musunuru, M.D. Enrichment Center, 12417 Clock Tower Parkway in Hudson.  October's topic will be on mental health proceedings and guardianship and protecting Seniors from abuse.

Presentations will be made by:

Theresa Brock, Member CARES Board of Directors, Vice President and Trust Officer, Capital City Trust Company, a graduate of the Florida Bankers Association Florida Graduate School and The Institute of Certified Bankers Organization. She is a paralegal, certified in “Trusts, Wills and Estate Administration, a past president of the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council a member of the Estate Planning Council of the Nature Coast, the Professional Business Women’s Association and Member of the Hernando Pasco Hospice Board of Directors. 

Gregory Gay, Member CARES Board of Directors, Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney specializing in wills estates and trusts, National Elder Law Foundation Board Certified Elder Law Attorney and Certified Advanced Practitioner.  He is the author of “The Florida Senior Legal Guide”, Past President of the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council, and Past President of the Pasco Hernando Community College Board of Trustees.
