Clark
Hello to everyone and thanks for the warm welcome. I am Clark Parry the new director here at Hudson-Bayonet Point CARES. I’ll be spending the summer exploring the building and grounds here at the Enrichment Center, and most importantly getting to know all of you, the volunteers and participants.
It’s easy to think, “Oh well it’s summer, all those ‘snowbirds’ are gone, and there’s not much going on at the Center.” Nothing could be further from the truth! I will look forward to meeting many of you in June and July, and then again in earnest in September.
Please join me in getting ready to welcome back all those snow birds next fall. Stop in at the Café, sign up to volunteer, attend and participate in many of the events that are still going on here all summer. Let’s welcome them back to a lively Center, inviting new arrivals and old friends to join us as participants and volunteers in our wonderful programming.
