February is for Celebrating Step Up, Florida! a statewide initiative

promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles for all Floridians.

With obesity, diabetes and other chronic diseases on the raise it's more important than ever to encourage children and adults alike, to be physically active each and every day. Take the time to explore Pasco County's many opportunities to be physically active. Everyone should work toward
getting 30-60 minutes a day of physical activity.
