Claude Pepper Volunteer of the Year

At the recent RSVP luncheon, Dr. Dean Ersig was named Claude Pepper Volunteer of the Year 2007.

Dr. Ersig and his wife donate many, many volunteer hours to the Claude Pepper Senior Health Clinic which is free to older people with no insurance and low income.

 In addition to this, Dr. Ersig travels to other countries several times a year to work in clinics there.  Although retired from regular practice, his volunteer contributions keep him busier than ever.

Thank you Dr. Ersig.  Without you and the other doctors and nurses who so generously give of their time, we would not be able to have our Clinic.
